Last updated: March 2026 · Applies to the Guest Book on xpex.ai
This notice describes how Xpex AI (“we”, “us”) handles information you submit through the Guest Book. It is meant to be readable; it is not a substitute for legal advice.
What we collect
When you submit the form, we may store:
- Name (first required; last optional), email address, and any optional fields you provide (organization, role, how you heard about us).
- Your area of interest, written opinions, and your choices on the consent checkboxes.
- A short technical fingerprint derived from your network address for abuse prevention (not the raw address).
- Browser type (user agent string), truncated for storage.
Why we use it
- To understand interest in healthcare AI and improve Xpex AI.
- To contact you if you agreed to be contacted.
- To analyze feedback in aggregated or anonymized form if you opted in.
- To detect spam and misuse (rate limits, honeypot fields).
Where it is stored
Entries are stored in access-controlled systems separate from public pages. They are not displayed on the website, and there is no public list of respondents.
Retention
We retain submissions for as long as needed for the purposes above unless a shorter period is required by law. You may request access or deletion where applicable by contacting us through the channels we publish on the site.
Security
We use HTTPS in production, session-based CSRF protection on submission, input limits, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
